Noam Hassidov

CEO
Noam is a med-tech executive, experienced in both founding and scaling med-tech companies, as well as managing and consulting them. He specialized in the field of medical equipment at the Medical Robotics Laboratory of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. As former CEO of Motus GI (NASDAQ: MOTS), he raised $15 million and took the company from pre-seed via CE-Mark, to an 80-patient clinical study.

Hadas Ziso, PhD

Co-Founder & Consultant
Hadas is an accomplished biomedical engineer, with a PhD and MBA. She is highly experienced with medical products, R&D, and clinical trials. She co-founded Tamar Robotics with Prof. Moshe Shoham, with the mission of revolutionizing robotic brain surgery. Previously Hadas was a research engineer at Insightec, a leading Israeli company in the field of neurological treatment.

Avi Turgeman, PhD

VP Research and Development
Avi is a former robotics department manager and chief system engineer at Mazor Robotics and has experience in the defense industry (RAFAEL) developing semi-autonomous systems. He has a BSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Robotics from the Technion and a PhD in Robotics from Hamburg University of Technology.

Nizar Mishael

CFO
Nizar is a certified CPA and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He has experience in growing over 200 start-up companies and in establishing finance infrastructures for early- and late-stage medical device companies. Nizar also serves as a Managing Partner in NGT Healthcare 2.

Aaron Feldman

VP Business Development
Aaron has over 20 years’ experience in the medical device industry. Previously Co-Founder & CEO of Rafael Medical, and Business Development Director of MST Surgical Technologies (acquired by Asensus). An accomplished entrepreneur, Aaron is a co-founder and sits on the board of four medical device companies.

Head of Regulatory Affairs
Jonathan is an expert regulatory and QA specialist with over 12 years of experience in the medical device industry, where he has supported leading companies as well as early-stage start-ups.

Former President (2008-2019) of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Pioneer in the Sleep Medicine field (sleep disorders) and former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion.

Prof. Moshe Shoham

Co-Founder and Scientific Adviser
Moshe is a worldwide-acclaimed authority in the field of robotics, and his life work in medical robotics is dedicated to developing technologies that improve patient care. He co-founded Tamar Robotics and as an adviser he provides the vision and hands-on guidance to the company in the areas of product research and development, and commercialization. His contribution is invaluable.

Guy Shamir


Head of Business Development, Technology and Real Estate of the MS Group, a TASE-traded company. Chairman of the Board: Menif Ltd., Director: Alon Tavor, Israel’s first private power plant, Bean & Co., Cellium, Diagnostic Robotics, and Supplant.

Over 24 years as CEO, C-level executive and board member. Formerly Mazor U.S. subsidiary CEO, executive at Medtronic, J&J and the former Director of Sales - Intuitive Surgical. Currently CEO of Harmonic Bionics.
